Every loadout board is generated with the gpt-image-2 image model and is an illustration only. Rendered items are generic representations of ordinary layers, bags, mats, bottles and rain covers. They are not real product photographs, not endorsements, and not a recommendation of any specific item. Do not rely on a board for decisions about conditions, routes, or personal safety.

The lab does not depict or advise on climbing hardware, rescue equipment, medical supplies, blades, fuel or fire tools, and it makes no claims about protection, certification or fitness for any activity.

Digital delivery

All purchases are digital credits and rendered board files. There is no physical shipment. Once checkout is enabled, credits are added to your account immediately after a successful transaction, and board files are delivered as downloads within the app. Because delivery is instant and digital, no shipping charges apply.

Refund policy

All prices are shown in USD ($). Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in USD, to the original payment method. Credits that have already been spent on a rendered board are non-refundable because the digital board has been delivered.

Payment provider pending: while checkout is disabled, no charges are made, so no refunds are due. This section describes how refunds will work once a payment provider is connected.

Terms of use

• The service is provided as a digital visualization tool on an “as is” basis for ordinary packing layouts.
• You are responsible for your own decisions about equipment, conditions and activities. The lab offers no safety, rescue or medical guidance.
• Credits and generated boards are for your own use and may not be resold as standalone products.
• All amounts, credits and settlements are denominated in USD ($).

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to operate the lab: the inputs you set in the builder, your account email, and basic usage records. We do not sell personal data. Contact support@equipoutuk.shop to request access to or deletion of your data.
